We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2020, at the age of 67, Christopher Ramsay (Annandale, Virginia), born in Port Huron, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father David Orin Ramsay; and his brother-in-law William Russell. He is survived by: his mother Betty Louise Ramsay (Babcock); his children, David (Rose) of Reston, VA and Elizabeth Ramsay of Falls Church, VA; his close friend Joanne Eby of Annandale, VA; his sisters, Karen Kimble (Cary) of Winchester, VA and Julie Russell of Syracuse, NY; and his grandchildren, Max, Mallory and Katherine.
