He is survived by: his parents, Dale M. Lock and Rebecca Wier Lock; his wife Evgeniya Hristova Vassilieva; and his children, John Ralph, Victoria Vassilena and Rebecca Daria. He is also survived by ses his wife and children, Andrew is survived by his parents, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, grandfather, nine aunts and uncles, twenty-one cousins.
