He is survived by: his wife Janet C. Moffett; his children, Michael C., Sheryl Moffett, Deborah J., Allen Rector, Terry A. and Daniel Domin; and his brothers, Robert S. Moffett and Steve A. Moffett. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
