He is survived by: his parent Thelma Elizabeth Mobley; his children, Sean Bowlin, Jessica Markee of Amissville and Emily Bowlin of Amissville; his siblings, Kenny Bowlin (Tina) of Harpers Ferry, Gary Bowlin of Ranson, Keith Bowlin (Misty) of Kearneysville, Mary Thomas (Robert) of Harpers Ferry, Debbie Popkins (Mike) of Harpers Ferry and Betty Brininger (Darrin) of Moorefield; his granddaughter Alanna Markee; and also Annette Bowlin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
