He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Staton and Syra Staton; his wife Rose Marie Staton; and his siblings, Stevie Staton, Robert Staton and Charles "Dudley" Staton.
He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chip" Staton (Vickie) of Culpeper, VA and Jessica Greene (Ryan) of Amissville; his siblings, Orphie Parr of Amherst and Liger William Staton of Mineral, VA.; his grandchildren, Amy Brooks, Holly Carter, Olivia Greene, Caden Greene and Emma Greene; and his great grandchildren, Zachariah Strader, Stephen Strader, Uriah Brooks and Mabel Brooks.
Due to COVID mandates masks are required to enter our building.
