He is survived by: his wife Reva Carter Green of Amissville, VA; his siblings, Maxie V. Brown of Amissville, VA and Daniel C. Green, Sr. of Hume, VA; and his stepsons, Arthur Carter, IV of Ft. Mill, SC and Daniel Carter of Purcellville, VA. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
