David Gene Carney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Gene Carney of Amissville, Virginia, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Madaline Catlett Carney and James Ambrose Carney; and his pet Harley. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Carney Young (Charles) and Jennifer Carney-Puckett; and his grandchildren, Kacie (Chris), Amanda (Jerry), Morgan, Samantha (Jeremy) and Hillary. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, along with many friends.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks to donate to the American Heart Association. They have set up a memorial fundraiser page in his honor.
