He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dodson of Amissville; his children, Carolyn Dodson (Trez) of Edgewater, MD, Glenn Dodson of Stanley and James Dodson of Amissville; his granddaughter Susan Weaver (Michael) of Amissville; and his siblings, Barbara Settle of Amissville, Becky Frazier of Rixeyville, Helen Dove (David) of Luray and Billy Dodson (Rachel) of Culpeper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
