She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lewis Cooke and Mary Eliza Butler Cooke; and her siblings, Robert Cooke, Frances Garrison, John Cooke and Harry Cooke, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Carmen K. Castillo; and her granddaughter Samantha Marie Castillo.
