He was predeceased by: his father Wilson Payne. He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline Payne, Judy Markley, Marge Roth, Maxine Ringle, Ambrose Payne and Ackley Payne; his great grandchild Alyssa Lia Nicole Minnick; his wife Judy; his siblings, Aurena Gillespie and Mike Hodgson; and his children, Mark W. Richardson (Sherri) of Montross, H. Leroy Richardson (Brenda) of Stephens City, Lori Duncan (Warren) of Moss Point, MS and Theo Richardson (Heather) of Unionville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
