She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ashton Poe and Julia Frances Cropp Poe; her husband John Wesley Silvey, Jr.; her son Douglas Wayne Silvey; her son-in-law Thomas L. Dart; and her siblings, Sherman, Alan, Roger Poe and Olive Poe Ray.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Dart of Rixeyville, VA and Wanda Joyce Pearson (Roy E. Pearson) of Herndon, VA; her grandchildren, Tamra "Tammy" Billings (Jeff) of Rixeyville and Bo Wesley Pearson of Amissville; her great grandchildren, Adam B. Caperuscio and Haley N. Billings of Rixeyville; and her siblings, Frances Carter, Shirley Pullen (Arthur Pullen) and Randolph Poe (Merilee Poe). She is also survived by mother and grandmother and enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
