He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L. Millner, Sr. and Maria E. Millner; and his brothers, Jeremiah Millner (Cheyenne Shepherd), Benjamin Millner (Jennifer), Thomas Millner, Jr. (Melanie) and Joseph Millner (Melanie L.). He is also survived by 5 nephews and 2 nieces as well as a number of uncles and aunts.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Zachariah's memory be made to Midway Baptist Church, PO Box 1019 , Amherst, VA 24521.
