He is survived by: his parent Clara Bechtle; his spouse Rose Reidy; his son Jon Bechtle (Jeanmarie) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Jessica Misseldine (Sterling) of Boise and Megan Cullip (Marc) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and his children, Mark Bechtle of Earlysville, Reid Bechtle of Earlysville, Ford Bechtle of Carnelian Bay and Clark Bechtle (Kelsey) of Keswick, Virginia.
