She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Staples and Dorothy Staples; her husband Edward Tayloe Price; and her brothers, James, Charles and Jack Staples.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Harrell (Wayne), Wanda Price and E. T. Price (Barbara); and her sisters, Ann Parker and Doris Coleman. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
