He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clinton Franklin, Sr. and Irene Burch Franklin. He is survived by: his son Mark Franklin; and his sister Shirley Franklin Grubbs of Dallas Texas. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews, as well as Great-great Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home and Crematory - Madison Heights (118 Commonwealth Dr, Madison Heights, VA 24572). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
