He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Theodore Sparrow, Sr. and Myrtle Banks Sparrow of Amherst, Virginia.; his children, Faye Ardelia, William Roosevelt and Phillip Antonio; and his siblings, Pauline Campbell, Evelyn Nesbit, Leresa Jean Henson, Sally of Washington, Janet Morse, Maud Sparrow, John Henry, Royal Tosey Edward and William "Billy" Sparrow.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise (Timothy) of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Darren, Brandon, Rahsaan, Jamie, Jason, Lisa, John, Edward Amanda and Brittany. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
