He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Rose and Madeline Brown Rose; and his siblings, Edward Rose, Randy Rose and Janice R. Grooms.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Trent Rose of Lynchburg; his daughter Felicia Howard (William); his grandsons, William Howard, Jr., Amare Howard and Brandon Knox; his great grandchildren, Brandon Knox, II of Temple, TX and Braydon Knox of Temple, TX; his stepchildren, Geneva of Lynchburg, Thyanna Allen of Lynchburg and Delonte Jones of Lynchburg; and his siblings, Annie M. Rose, Carolyn Richerson, Maxine Scott (Ronald), Peggy Collins (Stephforn), Wendy Rose, Sheila Brown and Anthony Brown (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
