He is survived by: his wife Linda Elmore Cohernour of Amherst; his daughters, Toni Hudson (Craig) of Amherst and Kathy Callahan of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Nathan Hudson, Emily Hudson of Amherst, Zoe Callahan of Charlotte, NC and Jessica Phillips (Garrett) of Concord, NC; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Reed Cohernour of Covington, Josephine Mullins, Venecia Arbaugh of Stuarts Draft, Cora Sue Linton (Coy) of Waynesboro, VA, William Elmore (Diane) and John Elmore (JoAnn); and his siblings, Virginia P. Cohernour, James B. Cohernour, WVa and William G. Cohernour. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
