With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Randy Wade Maddox of Amherst, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elbert Maddox and Sandra Burford Maddox; his mother-in-law Cheryl B. Fangmann; his wife Kimberly C. Maddox; his daughters, Cassandra Staples (Justin) and Lindsay Maddox (Zachary McMichael); his grandchildren, Adalynn Staples and Connell Staples; his father-in-law Barry E. Secor (Beth Secor); his brother Douglas Edward Maddox (Dede); and also George Elbert Maddox.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Whitten Monelison Chapel (3966 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572).
