She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel William and Edith Page Jones; and her brothers, Robert, Norman, Billy, Frank and Larry Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Cortez Jones (Jessica Thompson) and Jasmine Davis (Brandon Calloway); her boyfriend Dennis Davis of Lynchburg, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Jazaihya Diggs, Aniyiah Davis, Imani' Jones (Mani), Ameria Davis, Jahryan Davis and Journi Calloway; her siblings, James'Wammie' (Phyllis Penn) of Amherst, Samuel (Jessie) of Amherst, Earl (Lisa) of Maryland, Colonel William'June' (Starlet) of Maryland, Betty Blair (Paul) of Maryland, Annie Moss of Amherst, Mary Rucker (Aaron) of Evington, Grenda'Gwen'Wilkes of Lynchburg, Alberta Sandidge (Mike) of Amherst, Virginia. and Shirley Collins (Paul) of Amherst, Virginia.; her aunts, Mary Burress (Lloyd) of Palmyra and Marjorie Morse of Charlottesville, Virginia.; her sisters-in-law, Elsie Jones-Smith and Rejeana Jones; and her sister Gwen. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Relatives.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (193 Mt Airy Rd, Amherst, VA 24521).
