Lowe, Jr.; her sisters, Nancy Miller Evans of Gladys and Frances Miller Calloway (Albert) of Altavista, Virginia; her siblings-in-law, Martha Miller of Tampa, Florida, Elmer Lowe (Lavonia) of Arlington, Clarence Lowe (Dorothy) of New Carrollton, Maryland, Delsie Jones (Fred) of Elizabeth City and Claudia; and her cousin Elaine Clark of Gladys. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
