He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Balkam and Sylvia Balkam; his wife Sarah Frances Balkam; and his brother Jeff. He is survived by: his children, Christy (Tony Rodriguez), Allana (Barry Bryant) and Audrey (Andy Cover); his grandchildren, Tommy, Brittany, Brad, Brett, Bethaney, Alex and Mason; his great grandchildren, Riley, Madison, Lauren, Marin and Remi; his sister Debra; his son Matthew; and his pet Marble.
