He was predeceased by: his parents, William Biggs and Pearl Moore; and his son Chad W. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Wanda F. Moore; his daughter Megan Nicole Moore of Amherst; his stepson Shane C. Godsey of Salem; his grandchildren, Delaney Arthur, Trevor, Madison and Kenzie Godsey; his half-siblings, Michael Dean Moore of Lynchburg and Betty Bailey of Kingsport, TN; and his cousin Kitty Harris of Altavista. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
