He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Leslie M. Gilpin and Rev. Alberta R. Gilpin. He is survived by: his wife Jeanita Gilpin; his children, Brian Perdue (Sharon), Linda Sellers (Philip), Jessie "Jay" Greene, Jr., Melanie Sellick and Ron Short; his siblings, Leslie "Harold" Gilpin, Larnelle "Kim" C. Gilpin (Karen), Janna Hager (Tom), Alberta "Sue" Epperly and Georgina Cooper (Allen); his grandchildren, Matthew Greene, Cody Perdue, Stephen Greene, Kristen Greene, Connor Davis, Elaina Sellers, Wyatt Sellers and Hannah Perdue; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Hayden, Cameron Perdue, Gracie Greene, Leora, Leila Ragland and Teagan Klaverweiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
