She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell William and Nellie Mae Coffey Crawford of Amherst; her husband John D. Gibson; and her son J. Dean Gibson, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Gibson and Carolyn Burgess (Paul) of Madison Heights; her grandson Jacob Burgess of Minnesota; and her siblings, Ruthann Schmitt and William "Bill" Crawford of Madison Heights.
