He is survived by: his parent George Harding Lewis, Jr.; his wife Helen Smith Lewis; his daughter Helen Lewis Kemp (Mark Winder Kemp); his grandsons, Thomas Page Kemp and Landon Carter Kemp; and his sister Susan Lewis Jordan. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
