The family is aware that there are many people who would like to attend Frances' funeral, however, due to the constraints on public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak, there will be a private graveside service on Friday, April 24 at 1:00 P. M. at Highland Burial Park with the Reverend Susan Hannah officiating.
