He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Franklin Hill and Flossie Robey Hill; and his brother Gary L. Hill of Bedford, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Cash Hill; his children, Lisa H. Miluszusky (Billy) of Bayside, TX, Brooke A. Hill of Amherst, VA and Scott B. Falwell of Amherst, VA.; his brother Michael W. Hill (Lynne) of Lynchburg, VA; his nieces, Emma B. Mcpherson (Jeremiah) of Amherst and Caroline B. Martin (Christian) of Amherst; and his great-nephews, Cavani and Cade Mcpherson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
