He is survived by: his parents, Douglas W. Belcher and Barbara E. Belcher; his wife Teresa; his daughters, Hailey Downey (Nate), Morgan Beck (Angus) and Madison Belcher; his sisters, Kimberly A. Belcher and Kristy Godfrey; his grandsons, Levi Beck and Ryland Downey; and his parents-in-law, William H. Wydner and Patricia B. Wydner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
