It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Corey Shrader of Amherst, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Shrader and Dorothy Wobbe Shrader; and his brother Kevin Shrader. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shrader (Furfaro); his children, Corey Shrader (Lindsay) and Courtney Lopez (Alejandro); his granddaughter Ava Shrader; and his siblings, Sandford Shrader (Maureen) and Nancy Ochs.
The family welcomes donations to Amherst Rescue Squad in Amherst, VA as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
