We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2024, at the age of 91, Charles William Orndoff Sr. of Amherst, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Orndoff (Dyke) and Grover Orndoff; and his siblings, Leonard Orndoff, Edwin Orndoff (late Betty), Freida Smallwood (late Wayne), Mary Lou Jobe (late Frederick) and Wilda Furr.
He is survived by: his son Charles Wiliam Orndoff, Jr. (Cheryl Shiffler); his grandchildren, Deborah Godlove (Mike), Diane Ruckman (Richard), Donna Williams (Rick), Denise Bagnell (Dennis), Richard Ruckman, Jr. (Amanda), Jennifer Wohltman (Sean), Elizabeth Kozel (Dan), Tara Shirley (Tim), Whitney Pyles (Steve), Jordan Meier (Kevin), Benjamin Wiliams, Brandon Bagnell (Jessica), Blake Bagnell, Lauren Bagnell and Jonathan Shiffler (Kristin); his wife Joline (Shepard); and his siblings, Grover Orndoff, Jr. (June), Polly Genty (late Robert) and June Adams (late Woodrow). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
