He is survived by: his wife Virgie Braxton; his children, David Braxton, Jamie Braxton, Lisa Braxton of Lynchburg, Yvonne Braxton of Amherst, Jane Megginson (Eddie) of Amherst, Amy Braxton of Amherst, Farrah Braxton of Lynchburg and Latashia Braxton of Lynchburg; and his sisters, Katie Spinner, Katherine Braxton and Georgia Douglas.
