With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bennett Emil Haden of Amherst, Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude S. Haden. He is survived by: his wife Nancy W. Haden; his children, Lora Parker (Mike) and Robert Huff (Pat); his grandson Ian Parker (Jessica); and his foster daughters, Lora Faron and Tonya Boyd.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Amherst Rescue Squad, 121 Richmond Highway, Amherst, VA 24521.
