Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sarah Handwerk (Amelia Court House, Virginia), born in Era, Texas, who passed away at the age of 100, on June 8, 2020. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph B. Handwerk; her parents, Benedict Alexander and Sarah E. Alexander; and her siblings, Vera Leola Alexander, Marie Bundy, Margaret Gibson, Helen Roberson, Rexford, Gordon, Jacquelin, Kenneth, John and Edwin Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Kendal Handwerk of Richmond, Karen Grizzard of Newport News, Kevin Handwerk of Amelia, Coleen McKeag of Manassas and Pamela Handwerk of Hampton; and her sister-in-law Jane Alexander of Valley View. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
