He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lush and Dorothy Lush. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Dietrich; his son Spencer Lush; and his sisters, Gail Lush Powell and Bonnie Lush Yospin (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
