He was predeceased by: his parent Haze Mullins. He is survived by: his parent Goldie Mullins; his wife Carol Mullins; his daughters, Teresa Brockwell (John) of Petersburg and Amy Lambert (P. D.) of Church Road; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Brockwell of Richmond and Jimmy Piccolo of Dinwiddie.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to , P.O. Box 2151, Memphis, TN 38101 in memory of Roy Mullins.
