He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Barden and Mildred Lee Barden; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Barden, Charles E. Barden, Richard L. Barden and William A. Barden.
He is survived by: his siblings, Frances B. Beales (Sonny), Nancy B. Combs, Ray Barden (Chris) and Roy S. Barden, Sr. (Pat). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
