She is survived by: her children, Timothy David Akers (Wanda) and Amy Akers Maddox (Tom); her brothers, Steve Hale (Patricia) and David Hale; her grandchildren, Joshua Maddox (Jordan), David Akers (Katie), Sarah Richardson, Samuel Maddox (Taylor) and Zachary Maddox; and her great grandchildren, Camden Richardson, Peyton Richardson, Michael Richardson, David Akers, Carter Akers, Jack Akers, Sophia Akers, Aria Maddox, Aspen Maddox, Griffin Maddox, Liam Maddox and Isaac Maddox.
