It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Henry Cifers (Amelia Court House, Virginia), who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Janice Benfield Cifers; his children, Crystal Banton (Jerry), Luther H. Cifers III (Anastasiia) and Steven A. Cifers (Tabbi); and his grandchildren, Cody (Marissa), Tyler (Makenzie), Michala, Sundari (Sam), Tehya (Evan), Savannah, Zachary, Brittany and Ksiusha. He is also survived by two brothers and three sisters.
