She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hastings and Irene Flinn Hastings; and her siblings, Bernard Hastings and Frances Smith. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Charlie Buck Hall of Amelia, Rosa Lee Woodel of Amelia and Pamela Burris of Wytheville, VA; her stepsons, Terry Elder of Lunenburg and Jimmy Elder of Colonial Heights; and her siblings, Doris Webb and Franklin Hastings Sr. (Joan) of Amelia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
