He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his children, Eric Niebauer (Marivi) of Johnson City, TN and Valerie Batterson (Paul); his grandsons, Dustin, Drew Niebauer, Noah, Isaac and Gabriel Batterson; and his siblings, Paul (Kathryn) of Simpsonville, SC and Barbara Smith (Richard) of Versailles, KY.
