He is survived by: his wife Norma Oulds Barley; his child Tawana Robinson (James); his stepson Darnell Oulds; his sisters, Phyllis (Arthur), Lovelean Bailey, Caldonia (Peany) and Judy Booker (Gregg); his sisters-in-law, Carolyn (Pete), Thelma and Rosalee Mayo; his aunts and uncles, Lucy (George) of Powhatan, VA, Pearlee Eggleston of Tinton Falls, NJ, Morven Barley (Lillian) and Randell Barley; and his friend Margaret Little of Tinton Falls, NJ. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
