It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Bacas (Amelia Court House, Virginia), who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bacas and Tessie Bacas; and his daughter Maria Bacas. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bacas; his sons, Jimmy Bacas and Sam Tolley; and his sister Irene Thornburg (Bill). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cathedral Icon Fund.
