She is survived by: her daughters, Inez Evans, Jo-Ann Bannister and Amy Coles; her grandchildren, Ludjina, Lateshia Garland, Jr., Michael and Jasmine; her siblings, Lateefah El-Amin, Virginia Smith, Thelma Eggleston, Frances Ruffin, Allen, Wilson and Joseph Ruffin; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Ellis (Herman), Della Montaque, Dorothy Bradby, Margaret Everette (George), Dr. Nancy Walters and Joseph Bannister Jr.. She is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
