She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Ruffin and Carrie Ruffin; her husband William S. Clements, Sr.; her grandsons, Richard Leon Patrick Jr. and Daniel Clements Patrick; and her sisters, Josephine Anderson, Ophelia Robinson, Eleanor Lewis and Ercelle Ruffin.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Doris Patrick and William Sonny Clements, Jr. (Shauna); her grandsons, Richard Leon Patrick, III, William Sonny Clements, III and Letrell Dejon Whitehurst; her great grandchild Richard Leon Patrick, IV; her siblings, Alease Murray (Benjamin), Catherine Epps, Fannie Mae Carey, Patricia Ruffin, Matthew Ruffin (Gloria) and Andrew Ruffin (Evelyn); and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Clements, Queen Reed (Robert), Katherine Chestnut and Matlida Clements. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
