He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannette Ford Baggs; and his grandson Joshua Christopher Baggs. He is survived by: his brother Nelson Leroy Baggs; his children, Laurie Ann Clementson, Susan Alayne Baggs (David) and David Hale Baggs (Leigh Anne); and his grandchildren, Nathan Alexander Baggs, Jamie Elizabeth Clementson and Mackenzie Rose Clementson. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
