He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jibben; his children, Tammy Wingo (Alvin) and Tracy Davis; his grandchildren, Taylor Davis, Jeffrey Davis, Skylar Wingo and Christian Wingo; his son Gregory Edward Jibben; and his sister Minnie J. Boelt.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hillsman-HIX Funeral Home (16409 Court St, Amelia Court House, VA 23002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
