It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Black (Amelia Court House, Virginia), who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Johnny" Black; her parents, Julius Winston and Ellon; and her brothers, Bruce, Maclaine, David, Thomas and J. W..
She is survived by: her daughter Julie; her grandson Camden; and also Brent Strumb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
