He was predeceased by: his mother Daisy Lee Royal Robinson; and his great grandchild Shariyan Sheff. He is survived by: his children, Elwood Royal, Jr. (Shirley) and Reverend Cynthia Sims (Jerry); his granddaughters, Paris Allen and Shardae E. Royal; his great grandchild Nucirah Jones; his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Alston, Shirley White and Marian Robinson; and his adoptive daughter Dr. Virginia Falck. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
