He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frank Owen and Bonnie Viola Richardson Owen; his wife Claudine Osborne Owen; and his brother Robert Douglas Owen. He is survived by: his daughter Gale O. Moore (Quain); his grandchildren, Dean Moore (Brittany), Rebecca Moore and Michelle Dabbs; and his sister Margaret Louise Crews. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
